Terms of Service
Introduction
RV TechLink is a mobile application that acts as a matchmaking service connecting RV technicians with customers seeking RV repairs. By accessing or using RV TechLink, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which constitute a legal agreement between you and RV TechLink ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not access or use RV TechLink.

Use of RV TechLink
RV TechLink is a platform that connects RV technicians with customers seeking RV repair services. RV TechLink does not provide any RV repair services itself, and is not responsible for the quality of work performed by technicians.

RV TechLink expects that all technicians who use the platform are licensed, insured, and bonded, and are legally able to provide RV repair services. It is the responsibility of customers to verify the licensing, insurance, and bonding status of any technician they hire through RV TechLink.

RV TechLink does not endorse or recommend any particular technician, and makes no representations or warranties regarding the skills, qualifications, or suitability of any technician. It is the responsibility of customers to evaluate the qualifications, skills, and suitability of technicians, and to negotiate the terms and conditions of any RV repair services directly with the technician.

RV TechLink is not a party to any agreements between customers and technicians, and is not responsible for any disputes that may arise between them. Customers are solely responsible for any issues that may arise in connection with RV repair services arranged through RV TechLink, including but not limited to payment disputes, inadequate or unsatisfactory work, or any other issues.

Technicians are solely responsible for any damages that may be caused by their work. Customers understand and agree that they use RV TechLink at their own risk, and that RV TechLink is not liable for any damages or losses that may result from the use of the app or any services provided through it, including but not limited to damages caused by the work of technicians.

Payment Processing

RV TechLink uses the Stripe payment processing system to facilitate payment between customers and technicians. When a customer makes a payment to a technician through RV TechLink, the payment is securely transmitted directly to Stripe's payment processing system. RV TechLink does not store any payment or banking information, ensuring the security of customers' financial data.

It's important to note that RV TechLink does not receive payments from customers and then payout technicians. Instead, when a customer makes a payment through RV TechLink, the payment is processed by Stripe and then sent directly to the technician's designated account. RV TechLink itself does not store any payment or banking information, and doesn't collect earnings on behalf of technicians.

Stripe's terms of service apply to all payments processed through the system, and by using RV TechLink, you acknowledge and agree that RV TechLink is not responsible for any issues that may arise with Stripe's payment processing system. This includes, but is not limited to, errors or delays in processing payments, unauthorized charges, or disputes between customers and technicians.

You understand and agree that RV TechLink is not a party to any agreements or disputes between customers and technicians regarding payments processed through the app. If you have any issues with a payment processed through RV TechLink, you should contact Stripe directly to resolve the issue.

You agree to indemnify and hold RV TechLink harmless from any claims or demands, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of any issues with payment processing through RV TechLink. RV TechLink is not responsible for any damages of any kind arising from such issues, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Disclaimer of Warranties
RV TechLink is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RV TechLink makes no representations or warranties regarding the reliability, availability, suitability, or accuracy of RV TechLink or any services provided through it. RV TechLink does not warrant that RV Link or any services provided through it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold RV TechLink and its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of RV TechLink or any services provided through it, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.

Termination
RV TechLink reserves the right to terminate your access to the app or any services provided through it at any time, without notice, for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, your breach of this Agreement or any applicable laws or regulations.
​
If RV TechLink terminates your access to the app, you will no longer be able to use the app or access any services provided through it. RV TechLink is not responsible for any damages or losses that may result from the termination of your access to the app, including but not limited to any loss of business or income.
​
You may also terminate your access to the app at any time by deleting the app from your device and ceasing to use the app and any services provided through it. You are solely responsible for any consequences of terminating your access to the app, including but not limited to any loss of business or income.
​
Any provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination will survive termination, including but not limited to the provisions regarding indemnification, disclaimer of warranties, and limitation of liability.

Governing Law
This Agreement and your use of RV TechLink will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which you reside, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. All users of RV TechLink are required to follow the laws of the state in which they reside, including but not limited to laws related to the provision of RV repair services.
​
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement or RV TechLink will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the state in which you reside. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within the state in which you reside for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
​
You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of RV TechLink or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
​
Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and RV TechLink and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The failure of RV TechLink to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of RV TechLink. This Agreement will be binding upon and will inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.

Changes to this Agreement
RV TechLink reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, and will post any revised terms on RV TechLink. It is your responsibility to check for updates to this Agreement. Your continued use of RV TechLink after any changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
